On the Subject of Prosecutors

In this episode, I discuss the massive power and influence prosecutors have over the overcriminalization of the American justice system and, though they actually could be catalysts of change, are actually the greatest influencer in the direction our corrupted criminal justice system has gone.  Although prosecutors have been charged with the duty of protecting society, they too often, as is demonstrated to an extraordinary degree in Montana, abuse their positions to create the illusion of rising crime to justfy their continued victimization of society.  In support of this subject, I discuss how this very abuse is in large part responsible for my continued detention as a political prisoner in Montana.

On the Subject of the GrandJury

This episode discusses the age-old tool for holding government officials accountable for persecution and abusive power over their people, the grand jury.  Designed as a citizen check against both government abusing its power to prosecute and arrest citizens without just cause, it was also designed as a tool by which to hold government officials themselves accountable.  Since entreched corrupt officials will not hold themselves accountable, the grand jury represents the single tool citizens have to investigate and bring charges against those same corrupt officials.  Without much surprise, corrupt officials within the Great Montana Conspiracy have completely done away with the tool that could best expose their corruption.  However, though it works in principle, even states where grand juries have not been outlawed, government prosecutors and judges still hold considerable sway over what a grand jury can and cannot see, which gives aggressive government officials undue leverage over common citizens serving on a grand jury.  In either instance – whether there is no grand jury or one that exists subject to undue influence – it is clear that the sancity of this most hollowed practice needs to be revisited and updated to address the plain imbalance it suffers from in the modern age.

On the Subject of the Montana Judicial Standards Commission, Revisited

This episode fills in the missing time from the last episode, further elaborating upon the harm perpetuated upon the citizens of Montana by a rogue judiciary, and sheltered by a commission that offers barely a pretense of actual oversight for judicial misconduct.  This episode also explores the mindset of the Montana Supreme Court’s Chief Justice Mike McGrath, taking from his own words his skewed concept of democracy and his maniacal ambition to be the tyrannical Head of State of Montana – by operating an independent judiciary, free of oversight or accountability to anyone but themselves.  Anyone paying attention can see the harm that has already caused…

On the Subject of the Montana Judicial Standards Commission

This episode discusses a major player in keeping the Great Montana Conspiracy protected from both discovery and consequence of its misdeeds: the Montana Judicial Standards Commission.  Unlike in some states, Montana’s Judicial Standards Commission is operated both clandestinely and by a leading group of legal professionals who are appointed directly and indirectly by Montana Supreme Court’s Chief Justice Mike McGrath.  With the Montana courts shielding authorities from consequence and the Montana Supreme Court upholding the vast majority of oppressive orders passed at district court level, the Judicial Standards Commission acts as a shield against complaints of misconduct, malfeasance and outright criminal misconduct.  Worse, its practices are operated under a veil of secrecy that forbids anyone involved – even the person making the complaint itself – from disclosing even the existence of a single complaint without consequence of being held in contempt, paying fines and possibly even being jailed over disclosure.  Is it any wonder no one is ever aware of whether judges ever face consequences for their abuse, much less whether complaints are made at all?

On the Subject of Public Defenders

This episode breaks down the system designed to assist indigent criminal defendants, the so-called public defender system.  Using a current event story of District Court Judge Donald L. Harris of Yellowstone County, Montana, as a foundation, I examine both the history of the public defender system and the inappropriate bias maintained against defense of poor criminal defendants who make up a vast majority of the cases prosecuted by the State of Montana as a whole.  After all, the Great Montana Conspiracy has to stack the deck to make sure they continue to fill beds in the prison system to get their share of the prison-for-profit handouts, do they not?

On the Subject of Civil Regulatory Schemes

This episode discusses the so-called civil regulatory scheme, where government seeks to claim that a law serves a purpose of regulating civil conduct and behavior in society, or sets rules that control other civil aspects.  However, in spite of the innocuous language, civil regulatory schemes almost universally have criminal consequences for violating them.  And when a civil regulatory scheme is applied as consequence of a criminal conviction, it is properly a criminal penalty, except for sex and violent offender registration, which is most often a lifetime requirement that would violate constitutional protections of due process, cruel and unusual punishment and double jeopardy – if the government did not get to call the civil regulatory schemes and sidestep constitutional intent.

On the Subject of Conspiracy Theories

This episode delves into the subject of conspiracy theories, and more specifically how they relate to and seek to undermine the existence of real criminal collaborations like the Great Montana Conspiracy that I report on.  In a world more and more dominated by politically driven conspiracy theories, it is important to take time in distinguishing what makes a conspiracy theory stand out from an actual real conspiracy.  Where a theory might be hypothetical, when stripping away the excess, it cannot be used to detract from the real attention needed to be focused on conspiracies that genuinely threaten the welfare of society as a whole.
